Description

Album contains picture sketches, colour searches, investigations in movement, stylistic experiments. It consists of the header, the last page and 18 pieces. Some of them consist of several pasted-in works, some of them are painted both-side.

Almost all works are created by Zaretsky Victor Ivanovich at the last creative life's period - Ukrainian secession period. Caring hand of his wife gathered the sketches, stored them into files. Now we have the draft-album. Among the works in it we consider several of them to be the full valued complete ones.

Album has acquired its name "Pattern. Secession" partly because of its title, partly owing to album's stylistics. It somehow combines fine art style with folk art - some to say Ukrainian secession.
